Our Kickboxing Classes

Tailored for Every Fitness Level

Beginner Classes

Focus on learning basic techniques like jabs, crosses, kicks, and knee strikes. Work on footwork, balance, and basic combinations at a controlled pace with shorter intervals. Focus on form, building stamina, and gradually increasing intensity.

Intermediate Classes

Incorporate more advanced techniques such as hooks, uppercuts, roundhouse kicks, and combinations of punches and kicks. Sessions include higher intensity intervals, with drills that improve speed, power, and endurance.

Advanced Classes

Advanced kickboxing includes fast-paced intervals with complex combinations of punches, kicks, knee strikes, and defensive movements. The workout is intense, with minimal rest periods and a focus on maximizing strength, power, and speed through explosive drills and pad work.
