What is Killer Legs?

Killer Legs is a workout focused on toning and strengthening the muscles of the legs, including the quads, hamstrings, calves, and glutes. This high-intensity workout uses bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and weights to increase strength and endurance in the lower body.
